How to Reduce EMF Exposure to Optimize Your Health

Back in April 2019, I spent time with a world-class EMF expert in Mexico. I asked him for his 80/20 approach to EMF protection and learned a lot. Since then, I’ve been experimenting (with great results). So today I wanted to share with you my top 4 recommendations and insights.

1. Limit Wifi exposure

In most homes, WiFi is one of the single largest sources of EMF radiation. This radio frequency that keeps you connected to the internet.  It is helpful but also is quite dangerous in large doses.

A review of more than two dozen studies on low-frequency EMFs suggests these energy fields may cause various neurological and psychiatric problems in people.

This study found a link between EMF exposure and changes in human nerve function throughout the body. Which affect things like sleep and mood.

In 2013, The University Of Melbourne completed an extensive study on how EMF radiation affects the quality of our sleep. Especially in relation to the pineal gland.

What they found was that our bodies sense EMF radiation very similar to how we perceive light. As our bodies since this radiation, the pineal gland (the gland responsible for producing melatonin, the hormone that regulates our sleep and circadian rhythm) slows down production.

The Solution:

a) Turn off Wifi from your cellphone (unless you are in a remote location without cell reception).

You will still be connected through cell service while significantly reducing your EMF exposure from Wifi signals. Additionally, you should aim to always sleep with your phone on airplane mode. This will reduce exposure and increase peace of mind.

b) Turn off Wifi from your laptop when you’re not using it.

This is an easy habit to develop and will reduce radiation in your house, backpack, etc.

2. Sleep Grounded

When we connect with the earth, we absorb negatively-charged electrons which rebalances the body’s magnetic field. Which leads to better sleep, lower inflammation and a reduction in cortisol levels.

Nobel Prize winner Richard Feynman described an umbrella effect created when we “earth.” He claimed that grounding equalized the electronic potential between the body and the earth.

So the body becomes an extension of the earth’s magnetic field. This potential “cancels, reduces, and pushes away electrical fields from the body.”

The Solution:

This is the ground sheet I’ve been sleeping on for the past 3 months period. During which I’ve averaged 6 hours of sleep/night. (compared to 8 hours historically) While experiencing the highest level of energy, well-being and focus of my life so far.

3. Eliminate “Dirty Electricity”

Dirty electricity is unusable electromagnetic energy that is created by many electrical devices as they operate. It is caused by interruptions in the flow of normal 60-Hertz AC (alternating current) power. Traveling through wires and electrical systems in homes and other buildings.

According to this study at Trent University in Ontario, “Dirty electricity is a ubiquitous pollutant. It flows along wires and radiates from them. And involves both extremely low frequency electromagnetic fields and radio frequency radiation.

Until recently, dirty electricity has been largely ignored by the scientific community. Recent inventions of metering and filter equipment provide scientists with the tools to measure. And reduce dirty electricity on electrical wires.

Several case studies and anecdotal reports are presented. Graham/Stetzer (GS) filters have been installed in schools with sick building syndrome. Both staff and students reported improved health and more energy.

The number of students needing inhalers for asthma was reduced in one school. Student behavior associated with ADD/ADHD improved in another school.

Blood sugar levels for some diabetics respond to the amount of dirty electricity in their environment. Type 1 diabetics require less insulin. Type 2 diabetics have lower blood sugar levels in an electromagnetically clean environment.

Individuals diagnosed with multiple sclerosis have better balance and fewer tremors. Those requiring a cane walked unassisted within a few days to weeks after GS filters were installed in their home.

Several disorders, including asthma, ADD/ADHD, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia are increasing at an alarming rate. As is electromagnetic pollution in the form of dirty electricity, ground current and radio frequency radiation from wireless devices.

The connection between electromagnetic pollution and these disorders needs to be investigated. And the percentage of people sensitive to this form of energy needs to be determined.”

The Solution:

Buy a few of the Stetzerzier Filters, plug them in the rooms where you use the most electronic devices and voila! It will do the rest for you by eliminating dirty electricity from the room.

4. Protect Your Balls

Heat in extreme amounts can damage the testes and decline semen quality. A recent study by Fertility and Sterility found that the heat created from laptops can affect sperm motility and cause DNA damage. Cell phone and wifi emissions can also cause sperm damage.

The Solution:

The Defender Shield. This will protect you from both heat and radiation, effortlessly.

Conclusion

In our modern world, exposure to EMF is ubiquitous. But it doesn’t mean we shouldn’t be mindful about it. Here are the 4 steps I recommend to do so:

1) Turning off Wifi on cellphone and laptop

2) Sleeping on a grounding sheet

3) Installing dirty electricity filters

4) Using a laptop shield

By doing so, you will drastically reduce your exposure to EMF. Improve your health/energy with very minimal effort and changes to your lifestyle. These have all been very useful tools on my journey towards health optimization. I hope they will be beneficial for you as well.

To your health,

Phil
